1. Brief introduction:
(1) This machine adopt the advanced vibration control system. The mould can be completed in seconds with large pressure and solid density. Only ten pieces of supporting plates can be piled.It can be widely used in the production of yard bricks, greenland bricks, breadlike brick, different kinds of color bricks and so on. One machine with multifunctions.At present, It is the most advanced equipment home and abroad.
(2) As the advanced hydraulic ratio control technology is adopted so that the oil pressure of each branch of the circuit can be controled at will and various bricks with the same high quality can be produced using different raw materials.
Main Technical Characteristics:
(1) Multi-functional: The machine can make different products by changing mould, like hollow block, solid brick, paver and so on;
(2) Quick Speed: The above and below mould inserts can pulls out quickly with high-powered hydraulic pump. Meanwhile, all the processed like feeding concrete into mould and preparing concrete are finished at the same time;
(3) The machine adopts intelligent PLC control system with program control and automatic diagnostic program to realize the manless operation;
(4) High Quality: The switches and electronic is using top brand. Mould is processed by heat treatment, carburization;
(5) The block/bricks can be stacked automatically after moulding to save labours for taking finished blocks to place;
(6) The mature and efficient vibration system. The impact of flexible and efficient vibration system, which is domestic initiative. This technology has been applied on block machine series for so many years, which has the mature and reliable advantages.
