It can mix the hard concrete, plastic concrete, liquid concrete and various other lightweight aggregate concrete. The plant has various operational modes as fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual and so, realizing high automation of producing.

 

 

Detailed Features
1 Mixing Building
The mixing building uses the section to take the king beam, the structure is reliable, windproof and earthquake-resistance.The cables in the building are set in grooves, the appearance is neat and it is environmental friendly.The outside uses froth sandwich,elegant appearance, heat preservation,adapting cold weather in the north.
2 Aggregate Batching System
The automatic aggregate batching system can be equipped with 2-5 aggregate storage bins according to customers' need.The steel-structure store-bunker adopt the form of warehouse or half-warehouse and it can also be equipped with sand-moisture measuring instrument.Domestic well-known brand or originally imported parts,microcomputer control,independent weighing(accumulative weighing) completely guarantee high-accuracy weighing,high efficiency and excellent performance.
3 Weighing System
The weighing system includes aggregate weighing,water weighing,cement weighing and additive weighing(optional)It is controlled by microcomputer, the weighing is highly accurate and full automatic.
4 Control System
The controlling is independently completed by PLC with high reliability. It has various controlling modes like automatic mode,semi-automatic mode and manual modeAdopted high-accuracy load indicator which is specially designed for industrial control, it has the advantages of high reliability,high precision, high efficiency and anti-jamming.The operation is very easy,only one person can complete.
5 Screw Conveyor
We adopt high-quality screw conveyor to guarantee the transmission fluently.
6 Cement silo
We adopt very strong and thick cement silo which is split type, thus can largely save sea freight and it is easy to assembly at installation site abroad.There is level meter in the cement silo,indicating the cement level; the arc-breaking system guarantee the discharging fluently.
