The main features of LB3000 asphalt mixing plant:
1. Cold material batching system:
Belt feeding machine which is basis on frequency adjustable, can be adjusted according to different ratio and product requirements. The belt is corrugated wall belt, to prevent material overflow. And the outlet with no-material detection device, the signal can be sent to the control room to remind timely material loading.
2. Drying roller with high efficiency and reliability, heat exchange rate is high:
1) Optimized design for the layout of aggregate lifting, it makes the aggregate can heated quickly and evenly.
2) The roller surface packed with thermal insulation material, it can prevent the heat losing, heat efficiency will be higher; the external stainless steel enveloping is durable and with good looking.
3) It adopts famous reducer to drive the drying roller and the reliablity will be higher.
4) According to customers' requirements to configure burner for fuel oil, oil and coal amphibian, coal and gas. And it can ensure sufficient burning and efficient energy saving.
3. High efficient mixing performance:
The twin-shaft mixer with optimized design is characterized by long life, even mixing, fast mixing speed, without dead zone and material leak and so on.
4. Transportation and installation:
