1.Description
RGP300S Series Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is one of advanced cone crusher in China, which is developed and manufactured by our company. The machine is one kind of high-class product combined with mechanical technology, electrical technology, hydraulic technology and advanced crushing technology. The RGP300S cone crusher adopts high strength casting-steel frame, alloy forging main shaft and high precision arc-shaped spiral gear driving structure, combined with multi-chambers selection and automation control system, which fulfils the performance and advantages.
2.Advantages
1. High Reliability: Optimize and improve the product structure, material, processing and assembly process, so as to ensure the reliability of the host machine.

High Productivity: Scientific and reasonable crushing chamber type, combined with the optimal crushing chamber, reasonable eccentricity, optimal swing frequency and laminating crushing principle, the machine has a large throughput capacity, high productivity, good products shape and low energy consumption.
3. Wide Applicability: According to different feed and finished material size, match the reasonable cavity type, adopt the steel bottom frame or the motor and the main machine to install in one, which can be short time-cost and minimum installation cost.
4. Low Operating Cost: specially designed cavity-type and lining material make the lining plate more efficient, equipped with positive pressure dust control system to ensure the lubricating oil inside the main engine is free from dust pollution.
3.Working Principle
When the cone crusher works without material, eccentric bushing assembly “cling to” the spindle unit revolve with the rack wheel. When the material enters into the crushing chamber, spindle assembly (spindle, inner cone) rotate slowly inside the eccentric copper bushing under the resistance of the material. The inner cone is oscillating inside the crushing chamber, which can extrude and crush the material. When some unbroken materials like metal block falling into the cone crusher, the movable cone rises up by the lower position, which plays the role of adjusting discharge outlet, iron passing protection and eliminates ore blocking.
