1.Description
RC125 jaw crusher is a new jaw crusher developed by our company on the basis of absorbing the advanced technology of jaw crusher at home and abroad. Its unique structure, superior performance, is a variety of hard and strong corrosive rock mineral fragmentation preferred equipment. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry and other industries for the coarse crushing of various materials.
2.Features
1. RC125 jaw crusher has good motion characteristics and a special cavity design, which saves more than 10% of energy consumption and increases throughput by more than 15%.
2. The unique crushing cavity design of RC125 jaw crusher greatly improves the utilization rate of the jaw plate. The jaw plate can be switched four times to achieve uniform wear. Improved material availability and extended service life.
3. The tooth surface on the jaw plate in the crushing cavity faces ace (swing jaw plate and fixed jaw plate), which is good for crushing hard materials.
4. The structural design with adjustable transmission angle enables higher capacity at the same outlet.
5. The fixed jaw and the swing jaw can be replaced each other, saving the user's spare consumption and making assembly more convenient.
6. The discharge port is hydraulically adjusted by double jacks, which is convenient and labor-saving.
7. The swinging jaw and the host can be easily disassembled and transported.

4.Working Principle
When jaw crusher works, electrical motor drives the V-belt to make the swing jaw move following the specific track by the eccentric shaft. After the materials enter into the crushing chamber, they are crushed between the two jaw plates by impacting, bending, and striking, and then discharged from the discharge opening.
