Process Flows of Stone Crusher Plant

Stone crushing plant process generally divided into two section process flow and three sections process

flow. Of course, when a big scale of dressing plant, undressed ore block is very big also, in order to

reduce paragraphs crushing ratio, or to get more fine equipment granularity, also can use four part

process flow.

Two Process Flow of Stone Crusher Plant

Two paragraphs crushing process: two paragraphs process is divided into two sections: two paragraphs

opened-circuit and two paragraphs closed-circuit. Two segments of the closed-circuit paragraph in

secondary crushing machines and screening equipment into closed-circuit, this can ensure that

equipment size meets the requirement, and not influence next grinding operations.

Two sections of flow only suitable for mining technology of small mining equipment, its total crushing ratio

is not big, generally in 15-25. If the undressed ore block is less than 300mm, it needs not to first crush

after the first screening get 75-0mm, only 300-75mm must be sent to crushing equipment. Then the

stones of the first screened and the first crushed into secondary crushing together (Sieve hole for 15mm),

and get the 15-0mm stones are the finally ore size and the qualified granularity. More than 15m

unqualified equipment continued to broken, until the granularity comply with requirements.

Two paragraphs opened-circuit are not very widely used, they are only applied in some heavy mining

equipment of stone crushing plant, where received materials are carried into roller grinding mill. Besides,

mostly stone crushing plants apply two paragraphs closed-circuit plant.

Three Process Flow of Stone Crushing Plant

Three paragraphs crushing process is also divided into two sections: Three paragraphs opened-circuit

and three paragraphs closed-circuit. Before the third crushing process materials can be prescreened, but

also need not prescreening in the first crushing and secondary crushing process. Three paragraphs

opened-circuit plant general is rarely used, because it cannot guarantee the requirement of the ultimate

size. Three paragraphs closed-circuit, that means in the third paragraph of the plant, this is the most

common process. It's suitable for large, medium and small dressing plant; it has a fairly large crushing

ratio which can reach 25-200, the biggest feed size can reach about 1000mm, and the minimum row grain-

size can be reached 12mm or more fine.
