Product Description
This mobile mini trommel washing plant is newly designed under the special requirment of customer. It gets special designed and manufactured mesh screen, and all the iron in this machine. It is more than strong enough to ensure this machine could working under different conditions.

Structures
Mobile mini trommel screen consists of five parts as drum, frame, hopper, reducer and motor. After the broken stone into the drum, on the one hand, materials being screened along with the rotation of drum, on the other hand, the bigger materials flow forward along the direction of slope and be separated by the screen with different number of meshes. The different materials fall into different hopper and then be sent to different finished product stacks by manpower or belt conveyor.
Working Principle
a.) Washing operation
Mobile mini trommel screen washing job purpose is to make gravel, sand and soil particle separation, fine mud washed gravel on the adhesion of the gold particles and mixed therein.
b.) Screening operation
General chunks of gravel does not contain gold, with gold in order to improve the efficiency of the equipment, the general need to sand after washing GOLD sieved to remove large pieces of stone-free gold.
c.) Re-selection operation.
Re-selection key job gold processing operations, the gold separator machine trommel screen process is to get rid of most of the waste rock to obtain crude gold concentrate process, this process is good or bad a direct impact on the overall index shakin beneficiation processes.
d.).Selection of the job.
Depending on the type of sand deposit, selection of the job can be re-sorting equipment, equipment, etc. amalgamation of various devices and methods, the purpose is to further enhance the content of gold.
