The tank truck is designed for transporting a wide range of liquid substances, including gasoline, kerosene, diesel,products such as alcohol, aldehyde, benzene, etc. The tank body is made from high-quality carbon steel plates that are 4-6mm thick and meet national standards. Other materials like stainless steel, aluminum alloy, pure aluminum, rubber-lined tanks, rotationally molded tanks, plastic tanks, and fiberglass tanks can also be used based on specific requirements.
The tank shape can be square, oval, or round. The oil pump options include self-priming pumps, gear pumps, and double pumps. The vehicle can be specially designed for chemical transportation and can be divided into independent compartments to carry different types of oil products. It supports pump-in and pump-out operations, self-flow, optional flow meters, computerized tax-controlled fueling machines, and a 15-meter fueling reel with automatic return. Multiple wave-proof partitions are installed inside the tank to ensure high strength, stable center of gravity, and safe and stable vehicle transportation. All tank trucks can be designed as chemical tanks with various heating and insulation options.
