Product Description
The Concrete Mixer Truck series of products produced by adopt Germany's proprietary technology.
Products material requirements, the production process, acceptance criteria, all adopt the technology
provided by the German standards.
This products use the imported reducer, motor and hydraulic pump. Dynamic force output by the second class chassis full power take off through the shaft power to the hydraulic pump, hydraulic pump produces hydraulic energy through tubing to the hydraulic motor, hydraulic motor to convert hydraulic energy into kinetic energy and through reducer then reduce and increase twist to the mixing tank, by adjusting the (double acting variable) servo controller of hydraulic pump Angle so as to realize controlling turning and speed of mixing drum, then to realize the concrete charging, stir and discharging operation.
1). All the bodies adopt integral steel-framed structure, hard and firm, allowing high collision resistance and external force resistance.
2). Automatic painting line consisting of robots ensuring the body appearance quality, corrosion prevention and weather resistance, increasing the effective more than 2 times compared to the conventional electrophoresis painting and allowing higher salvage value of vehicle.
3). Cab manufactured by the welding line composed by international advanced robots, safety and reliable top-level quality in China.
4) Each safety performance index completely meeting the latest legal requirements of China , comprehensively enhancing the safety.
