High efficiency gold knelson centrifugal concentrator
Gold Knelson concentrator is the equipment use gravity method to collect gold concentrate, mainly used in the gold mining and other pricious metal recovery industry. it mainly adopts the gravity method to collect the free gold powder or particles from the placer gold or the ball mill ground materials. It’s an ideal gravity method equipment to replace amalgamating, mercury and cynide chemical. It is widely popular in small miners or big volume gold mining site.
Working principle
Knelson gold centrifugal concentrator is also called centrifugal gold collector, mainly to collect free gold particles in the vein gold ore or alluvial placer gold rock. It’s an good gravity alternative equipment to replace amalgamating, mercury and cynide chemical. It uses the eccentric gravity power to collect the free gold concentrate in the inner cone groove. The final application results prove that the recovery rate can be as high as 80%, especially for the free gold in the alluvial gold in the placer gold ore. The recovery rate for the gold ore slurry of 0. 074mm out of the ball mill can also reach more than 70%.

Customer working site
