 Product Introduction

This kind of equipment is used in dissolution of the medication and the pretreatment of the mixing of the ore slurry. It can be also used in some industrial departments such as the chemistry, slurry in the construction, cyanogens factory and waste-water factory and coal dressing factory. The leaching tank mainly uses charcoal immersing method and ore slurry resin method to produce gold. We can put active charcoal or resin into the mixer to get the immersed gold by mixing the whole materials.

Working principle

V-belt of motor drives impeller to mix chemical agentia and slurry completely. The agitator barrel can increase reaction time and strengthen reaction quality of the chemical agentia. The slurry and chemical agentia are mixed up by the agitator barrel to form ore pulp. Then the pulp is fed to the pulp tank, meanwhile, add air to the pulp, which will form lots of bubbles. The ore particles with hydrophobic property are attached to the bubbles,andfloat to the pulp surface, while the ore particles which are hydrophylic stay in the pulp.

Application: Mixing barrel is used for a variety of mineral ores, mainly for pre-flotation mixing.This machine is mainly used for the election mining, is also used as mixing chemical ingredients.Metal ore such as gold, silver, copper, Lead (Pb), Zinc (Zn), Tin, Nickel (Ni) and so on, non-metal mineral, raw body and materials of chemical industry.
