Descriptions of 10000LPH RO water treatment machine:
1. The reverse osmosis device is a device that uses the differential pressure of a semi-permeable membrane to purify salt water. It is called reverse osmosis because it is opposite to natural permeation. Different materials have different osmotic pressures.
2. Adopt reverse osmosis method and use larger osmotic pressure to achieve the purpose of separation, extraction, purification and concentration.
3. Reverse osmosis can remove more than 97% of soluble salt and 99% of glue, microorganisms, particles and organic matter.
4. It becomes the most ideal equipment for modern procedures of purified water, ultra-pure water and airspace water. The salient features of this equipment are low energy consumption, no pollution, simple process, high water quality, and convenient operation and maintenance.
1. Water tank: store tap water, solve the problems of insufficient tap water pressure and the rear booster pump due to insufficient water volume, and reduce the failure rate
2. Booster pump: equipped with stainless steel pump to provide enough pressure for subsequent filtration
3. Quartz sand filter: mainly removes mud, suspended matter and large particles in tap water
4. Carbon filter: mainly remove organic matter, residual chlorine and peculiar smell in tap water
5. Soft water filter: mainly removes calcium and magnesium in tap water and reduces water hardness
6. Safety filter: further filter to protect the reverse osmosis membrane
7. High pressure pump: Provide enough pressure for reverse osmosis system
8. Reverse osmosis device: the core part of pure water equipment, producing high-purity water.
9. Purified water tank: To store purified water, the size of the water tank can be changed. After the following steps, the purity of the water is sufficient for different applications.
