Description of Self-service bucket refilling vending system for 5 gallon water bottling machine
This machine can only fill 5 gallon bottle. The right side of the machine is the filling part, the left side is the electrical and operating part, and the back is the water treatment part.
This machine can recognize coins and paper money from multiple countries. At the same time, gallon bottle water filling can be carried out through IC card and a recharge machine. If this machine is placed to the seller's store, only a recharge machine and an IC card can be used to serve consumers.
The water treatment part and the filling part are integrated. The water filtration process strictly in accordance with the standards, including quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, 3 PP cotton precision filters, RO membrane filter, and 4 T33 filters, UV sterilizer and ozone sterilizer. The water produced will fully meet the standards of pure water.
Steps to get gallon water:
1. When guests come to fill water, first put the gallon bucket in the washing station, and then insert coins or swipe cards.
2. The machine will automatically start to work. The machine has a detection probe. After detecting the gallon barrel, it will automatically wash the bottle, then fill, cover, press and push out.
3. The customer takes away the gallon bucket filled with pure water.
