Filling part of 800BPH 8-8-1 big bottle filling machine:
Gz-8 is suitable for all kinds of easy flowing liquids. Approach the rotary control plunger process to ensure correct filling.
Suitable for linear bottle style, suitable for different shapes and sizes of bottles, including special-shaped bottles.
The working principle is: the pump sucks the liquid into the machine, and then it is divided into eight parts and connected with eight nozzles, each nozzle is equipped with a flowmeter to control the filling amount;
A advanced design
1. Change the bottle every minute;
2. The flowmeter is the heart of the machine, which can be filled correctly without cleaning after special design;
3. The advantage of the machine is that it can be filled with liquid or semi liquid.
4. The filling volume can be easily changed through PLC touch screen;

B. Special filling method:
1. The filling volume is controlled by volume, which is quite accurate. When the container reaches the set position, the plunger will produce precise pressure;
2, during the filling process, the filling method can be adjusted, and the filling head can enter the bottom of the bottle for filling.
3. The machine is equipped with an automatic absorption system, so that the excess liquid will be absorbed into the filling head, and there is no liquid in the bottle or filling machine;
