The role of the can nitrogen filling machine:
Before the filling is completed and entering the sealing, the modern liquid nitrogen filling technology is used to accurately drip the liquid nitrogen at -196℃, and then the liquid nitrogen is immediately sealed. The liquid nitrogen absorbs heat and expands 700 times into gas nitrogen in a short time.
For one thing, internal pressure is generated in the can/bottle, so that the bottle will not be collapsed after cooling, and it will not be deformed during packaging and handling.
Second, the air (especially oxygen) in the can/bottle is driven away to make the product shelf life longer and taste better.
Three rules, aluminum cans are not easy to rust and are suitable for refrigeration.
More importantly, the original tinplate cans are changed to aluminum cans. Aluminum cans are much lighter than iron cans. A general aluminum can is 13 grams. An iron can with the same volume requires 45 grams; while the original 18 grams of PET bottles only need 12 grams or 12 grams. The handle of a lower gram after filling with liquid nitrogen is no less than an 18 gram bottle; this greatly saves the material cost of the can/bottle and can reduce the cost of handling and transportation.
