Working principle and structural features of 6000-8000BPH OPP hot melt glue bottle labeling machine

Put different packaging objects into the labeling machine conveyor belt, the conveyor belt drives the bottles into the bottle separation area, and the conveyor mechanism continues to move. After the label position is detected by the photoelectric, the label is continuously clutched and separated through the clutch, and the label is removed by the rolling mechanism. After being pasted on the bottle, the labelled objects will be brought into the next process or container by the conveyor belt of the labeling machine.

1, PLC control system, full-automatic working.

2, Made of stainless steel SUS#304 and imported T6 aluminum alloy after being anode hardened, Side wheels-attaching mechanical sets.

3, Main engine is controlled by three-phase converter motor, speed adjustable.

4, Horizontal adjustment and Vertical adjustment are automatically realized by the main engine of the machine(adjustment for label position) The adjusted height is based on the label suction hub. Always keep the label completely covering the label suction hub.

7, vacuum drum made of high rigid material to reduce friction and static.

8, Easy operation to use handle to adjust label cutting knife. Rapid changeovers: modular design and quick release change parts have changeovers fast and easy within ten minutes.

9, Automatic label length controller to adjust position of I-MARK.

10, Alarm for missing label or gap and Alarm for label running-out.
