Frame of the 32-32-8 3-10L bottle filling machine:
1) The frame is welded by carbon steel, and the surface is antirust treated and sprayed. The surface is covered with stainless steel plate (SUS304).
2) The transmission system of the three in one machine is located under the platform of the machine frame, which is driven by another main motor and driven by gears.
3) The transmission gear Yong steel gear and nylon gear cross arrangement.
4) The main motor output shaft is equipped with overload protection mechanism, which can effectively ensure the safety of the machine.

Capping machine is a single part with high precision in the three in one machine, which has a great impact on the reliability of equipment operation and the defective rate of products. Our capping machine features are as follows:
1) It is designed by introducing the advanced French "zalkin" capping machine technology, combining with the improvement of aseptic filling machine production experience, and with the assistance of experts and professors from the Institute of mechanical and electrical design and automation technology, School of mechanical engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University. For example: I) capping lifting cam (the main part of capping running stability), while adopting "zalkin" technology, experts and professors have carried out kinematics and dynamics design, which greatly improves the capping machine running stability and reliability. II) the capping head is the main component of capping effect reliability. We asked experts to design the mechanism of the magnetic ring to make the capping torque more accurate and capping effect more reliable, which can better reduce the defective rate of capping.
2) It is equipped with a bottle feeding detection switch of capping machine, which is interlocked with the cap locking cylinder at the joint of the cap falling guide rail and the cap shifting plate to control the discharge of the cap, so as to ensure that the cap feeding is stopped when there is no bottle, and reduce the loss of the user's cap.
3) A group of photoelectric switches are installed on the cover falling guide rail. When there is no cover on the cover falling guide rail, the machine will stop automatically and give an alarm, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of bottles without cover.
4) The anti rotation knife is made of imported materials, which makes the effect and service life much better than similar products.
