Cement Roller Press for Cement Grinding Plant
Also called extrusion mill roller press, roller mill, is a new kind of energy-saving cement grinding equipment, replace the high energy consumption, low efficiency of ball mill grinding system, and reduce the steel consumption and noise function, apply to the
new plant construction, also can be used in old factory technical renovation, make the ball mill system yields by 30-50%, after extrusion, the material feeding bread in 0.08 mm thin material accounts for 20-35%, accounted for 65-85% less than 2 mm, the internal structure of small particles, filled with many tiny crack because of extrusion, and greatly improve ease of grinding. The roll surface is hot surfacing, and the maintenance of wear resistant layer is more convenient.
Working principle of roller press:
Roller press is composed of two extrude roller rotating in reverse direction, one is fixed roller and the other is moveable roller. Material will be fed from the above of two rollers, be brought into by extrude roller, then it will be discharged in material cakes under the machine after being pressed by 50-150MPa strength. Discharged material cakes will include some finished fine particle, besides lots of half-finished particles with cracks will be produced which will reduce energy consumption during following crushing process.
Characters of roller mill:
1) Erect roller press into grinding system which could improve the capacity as 30%-40% meanwhile total power consumption will reduce as 20%-30%.
2) Roller press with tight structure and small volume could obviously reduce the investment for grinding system
3) Roller press with simple structure, small space and easy operation and maintenance.
4) Compared with other grinding equipments, roller press with less powder and lower noise which largely improve the working condition.

The CITICIC Roller Press is available in eight standard sizes ranging in grinding force from 2 to 20 meganewtons. CITIC Roller Presses offer a reliable solution for every application for grinding cement, slag, raw material or for special applications, such as preparation of ore.
The drive power is transferred to the grinding rollers via multi-stage planetary gearboxes with first stage spur gears. The gearboxes are mounted on the drive end of the roller shaft using a hydraulic shrink coupling.. A V-belt drive can be used for drives of up to approx. 400kW per motor. Drives above 400kW are equipped with fluid or safe set coupling and cardan shaft.
The machine frame has identical upper and lower tiebars. Rubber pads are placed between the roller bearing blocks and the frame ends. The rubber pads act as an articulated joint and have a vibration damping effect. The RPS-type as a special type reduces maintenance time during roller changes. The doors in the roll cover permit rapid and wide access to the rollers for inspection and maintenance.
In CITTIC Roller Presses, the rollers are supported in radial, multi-row cylindrical roller bearings. This ensures an even load distribution on the roller bearing, substantially increasing the life of the bearing.
Oil lubricated roller bearings are standard with all CITIC Roller Presses. All contact points on the cylindrical roller bearing are supplied evenly with lubrication. Operating cost can be further reduced by checking the state of lubricant regularly (alternative grease lubrication).
