Product introduction
Hammer crusher is a crusher which can directly crush the materials with the big particle size of 600-1800 mm to very small particle size. Hammer crusher is suitable for crushing medium hardness materials in cement, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy and other industrial sectors, such as limestone, slag, coke, coal and other materials in the crushing and fine crushing operations.
Mainly used in cement, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industrial sectors broken medium hardness materials. Suitable for crushing limestone, coal gangue, gypsum, shale and other kinds of medium and hard brittle materials with compressive strength up to 180MPa Coarse, medium and fine operation.
Principle of Operation
Hammer crusher mainly relies on the impact energy to complete the crushing material operations. When hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor high-speed rotation, the material evenly into the crusher cavity, high-speed rotary hammer impact, shear tearing material, to the material being broken, and at the same time, the material's own gravity makes material from the high-speed rotating hammer head to the body panel and sieve, sieve plate at the bottom of the rotor, crushing material is less than the screen hole size in graded through the sieve plate, resistance is greater than the screen hole size of materials on the sieve plate continues to hit by the hammer and the grinding, crushing to the discharging granularity until the final through the sieve plate outside.
