1.Product Introduction
Los mine roller crusher (for roll crusher |double roll crusher) applies in cement, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, building materials, refractory industries crushing medium hardness materials, such as limestone, slag, coke, coal and other materials in the broken and finely homework. This series of roller crusher is mainly composed of roller wheel, roller wheel supporting bearing, pressing and adjusting device and driving device. Roller crusher is divided into: roller crusher, four roller crusher, tooth roller crusher. Among them, the double-toothed roller crusher (sieve crusher) is developed by Luo Mine and has independent intellectual property rights. As the crushing station of the main machine, it accounts for 100% of the domestic open-pit coal mine crushing station market. It can also be used for oil shale crushing.
PG double tooth roll crusher is mainly used for crushing large raw coal in coal mines, and can also be used for crushing brittle materials with compressive strength less than 200Mpa in other industries (such as metallurgy, building materials, electric power). The tooth plate of the machine is made of alloy material with high wear-resisting strength, which greatly increases the service life of the crusher. The spindle of this machine adopts advanced quenching technology to improve the strength, stiffness and wear resistance of the spindle.
