The crushing cavity shape and the lamination crushing principle are adopted to produce the crushing effect between particles, so that the proportion of cube in the finished product is increased, the needle-shaped stone is reduced, and the grain size is uniform. High output: compared with other models, the PSG series cone breaking arm is long, the stroke is large, the crushing force is large, and the material in the crushing chamber can be broken.
Support large crushing ratio:
The key parts are made of special materials. In each stroke, the distance between the crushing cone and the rolling mortar wall is large, which not only allows more materials to enter the crushing chamber, but also forms a larger discharge volume, so that the speed of materials passing through the crushing chamber is accelerated.
High efficiency:
The upper and lower ends of the main shaft of the machine are supported, which can bear the larger crushing force and larger stroke, and the special crushing chamber shape which is suitable for the laminating principle makes the machine have higher crushing efficiency.

Discharge port adjustment: PSG series cone crusher contains hydraulic adjustment mechanism, easy to quickly adjust the size of cone crusher discharge port.
Lubrication circulation system: special light oil lubrication circulation system, to ensure that the oil return temperature within 60℃; The new oil filtration system ensures that the transmission device is not accidentally worn, thus stabilizing the service life. The double pump oil supply lubrication system ensures the temperature rise of the main shaft and copper tile, long life, reliable operation and extended maintenance cycle.
Overload protection: the spring safety system is an overload protection device, which can make the metal foreign matter pass through the crushing chamber without harming the machine.
