1. Introduction of Baozhu sand products

This product is made of high quality aluminum ore raw materials by high temperature calcination, electric melting, high pressure gas spray cutting, cost-effective is much better than zircon sand, chromite sand; In particular, its low expansion, no sintering, no pulverization, no cracking, no sand (eliminate the negative effect of casting quality), good regeneration performance, and improve the yield of casting.

2. The characteristics of Baozhu sand:
(1) The thermal expansion coefficient is small, the performance can be comparable to zircon sand, with its configuration sand, casting will not produce expansion defects;
(2) The sand is spherical, with good fluidity and good air permeability;
(3) the surface is smooth and the structure is compact, so that the adhesive can be evenly covered;
(4) Baozhu sand belongs to neutral material, acid and alkali adhesive can be used;
(5) Good recycling performance and high cost performance
(6) compared with chromite sand, zircon sand, its price is only zircon sand, chromite sand 30-50%.
