1. Product introduction of clay brick machine, Metallurgy Machine
Clay brick machine is suitable for the production of various specifications of hollow brick from shale, coal gangue, clay and other raw materials. The machine adopts upper and lower structure, which can be installed in a word or T according to the terrain. The upper and lower drives are made of ZQ GB reducer and axial pneumatic clutch. The body is welded with steel plate. The surface of the reamer adopts wear-resistant material spray welding process to prolong the service life. Strong and durable, easy to operate.
The clay brick machine is suitable for hollow brick production of low plastic raw materials such as shale, coal gangue, high content of fly ash and barren soil. This machine uses a motor, through the axial pneumatic clutch through the reducer shunt drive upper stirring and lower extrusion part synchronously. Compact structure, energy saving effect is obvious. The whole machine is of steel structure, and the reducer is all hard face gear. Reamer using wear-resistant material spray welding process, easy maintenance, strong and durable.
