1. Description of fine sand recovery device of ore dressing equipment:
The fine sand recovery device is designed by our company by absorbing foreign advanced technology and combining with the actual situation of our country. It is widely used in water conservancy and hydropower, glass factory, fine sand and stone of building materials, recovery of coarse slime of coal preparation plant and environmental engineering (mud purification, etc.).

3. Composition of fine sand recovery device of ore dressing equipment:
It is composed of speed regulating motor, ballast slurry pump, cyclone, ZKR linear vibrating screen, washing tank and material return box.
4. Features of the company's fine sand recovery device of ore dressing equipment:
(1) In the traditional process, sand mud washing and dehydration adopt spiral sand washing machine, and the loss of sand material (especially fine sand) can hardly be controlled. Using the fine sand recovery device, the loss of fine sand can be effectively reduced to within 5 ~ 10%, and the content of stone powder in tail water can be effectively reduced. The problem of high modulus of fineness of finished sand and low content of stone powder in artificial aggregate processing system is solved well.
(2) Vibrating screen mesh with polyurethane screen surface, the screen surface than other types of screen long life, not easy to plug holes;
(3) The cyclone is lined with polyurethane, which improves the service life of the whole device, and can successfully complete the work of slurry concentration and liquid clarification.
(4) The maximum amount of fine particles can be recovered and discharged is 85%; With other equipment incomparable technical and economic advantages.
(5) Fine particles are fully recovered, which reduces the workload of the sedimentation tank and the cleaning cost of the sedimentation tank;
(6) Reduce the natural stacking time of fine materials, can be directly transferred to supply the market.
