Product Description
GBS have 4 aluminium hydrophlic finstock production lines which are able to produce annual 28000mts different color of aluminium
finstock which is widely used in airconditoners, heat exchangers, colling machines.ALuminium coated finstock(hydrophlic finstock)
The range of production includes all types of coating on Aluminium foils including Hydrophilic,hydrophobic etc.The coating helps to increase the efficiency and life of the Airconditioner.
A Hydrophilic pre-coated fin does not allow formation of droplets on the fin surface thereby allowing better heat transfer and increased efficiency.
Precoated finstock has distinct advantages over conventional(bare) finstock because of its hydrophilic or water shedding properties and excellent corrosion resistance.
These properties help to produce more compact and quieter air conditioners since efficiency and cooling capacity is increased.
