1.The bottleneck blocking makes the process of changing bottles easily by only adjusting the height of the
conveyor chain.
2. The filling process adopts micro-pressure technology, which makes filling process faster and more

Balanced Pressure Filler
1. Filling valve adopts high precision mechanical filling valve, with the character of no vacuum pumping.
2. Open gear combined gear box transmission ,with on-off device. Frequency conversion velocity modulation device extends the speed modulation scope.
3. This machine has self oil lubrication points could be lubricated regularly in time. The machine is of high efficiency, low noise and long life.
4. Centering guide is of double guide bar type, with the function of pre-covering.
5. Some of the machine parts can be adjusted to fit different sizes of bottles.
6. The material height in the bottle is controlled by electric probe to assure the precise liquid level.
7. The filler is developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced technology introducing from abroad and with international advanced level.
8. It is mainly usde for filling gas-containing drinks,such as aerated water,cola,sparkling wine,fruit tea and so on,It is advanced in construction,steadly in performance,safe in operation,easy in maintenance high in production effciency,and the speed can be regulated infinitively.
