Product Description
1. Filling accuracy is more or less than 1%.
2. We can provide complete beverage ideal solution - blowing. filling. packing for PET bottle. With optional capacity from 1,000-32,000bph.
3. It can apply to fill hot fruit juice, milk, tea and other beverage into thermal proof PET bottle by changing few spare parts.
4. Automatic Juice Filling Machine adopt Rinsing / Filling / Capping 3-in-1 technology, PLC control, Touch Screen, it is mainly made of SUS304/ SUS316.
5. Its usual production capacity is in 1,000-24,000bph, 0.25-2.5L PET bottle is available.
6. Pivotal electrical parts use Mitsubishi, OMRON, and SIEMENS.

Air Conveyor.
Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the top. Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power. All are made of stainless steel SUS304 /316.
