The Air Sealing Damper Mineral Insulated Electric Heater for Air Heating is mainly used for the air heating in the baffle valve sealing. The specifications are divided into three forms: low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature. The common place in the structure is to use stable mineral insulated electric heating element to reduce the vibration. For convenient control, besides containing overtemperature protection, multimodal operation device between the fan and heater should be added, to ensure that the electric heater to be started after the fan starting. A differential pressure device should be installed before and after the heater to prevent fan fault. The gas pressure for the passage heate generally should not be more than 0.3 Kg/cm2. If more than the above pressure specifications, circulating electric heater should be selected. Low temperature type gas heater heats the highest temperature not exceed 160 ℃; medium temperature type does not exceed 260℃; high temperature type does not exceed 500℃.
