Minimum Maintenance 10KW Lubricating Oil Mineral Insulated Electric Heater is a specially designed electric heater for the lubricating oil heating based on mineral insulated heating cable with no or very limited maintenance requirement.

Two, 10KW lubricating oil electric heater overview:

The internal lubrication of the compressor unit adopts splashing mode, which can be effectively lubricated when the unit is in normal operation. But in winter (or the working site less than 15 ℃), lubricating oil viscosity and liquidity is poor after a long downtime. For restarting the unit, the lubricating oil cannot reliably lubricate friction pairs in time. Therefore, to avoid equipment failures caused by injury or burning, the unit has to be started repeatedly (five times or more) to warm the entire unit for making each friction pair full of lubricating oil. If so, the operation is cumbersome and time-consuming, the labor intensity of field operators is increased and the lubrication of each friction pair is operated as per to feeling. If the operation is improper, it is also easy to cause mechanical failure. In view of the actual situation on site, MICH has summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the related similar products by referring to the relevant information of similar heating systems abroad, and developed and designed this set of industrial lubricating oil circulating heating system which is suitable for the actual working environment in cooperation with professional factories. According to the information provided by the relevant technical departments, transmission gear and bearings in the -5℃ lubricating oil than in the lubricating oil operation at 35℃, its wear increases 10-12 times.

Four Working principle of 10KW lubricating oil electric heater

The lubricating oil from the oil box is suck out through the oil pump and sent to the electric heating tank for heating. The heated lubricating oil goes through the oil filter. The clean lubricating oil after heating and filtering is pre-lubricated or continuously lubricated on the friction pair of the engine or the working machine through the pipeline.

The system is set with automatic control, emergency shutdown and electrical automatic protection, and the running status of the whole system is shown through the indicator light.
