Mineral Insulated Cable Heater for Hot Water Temperature Maintenance is a technical heating system with the core heating element of mineral insulated heating cable to secure the stopped hot water running pipleline to be maintained a certain temperature from the faucet end so that for a period of stop using, when the faucet is opened, there is still immediater hot water available in the pipeline. In sanitary hot water installations, when water stops flowing it starts to cool down to air temperature. And the time to obtain hot water corresponds to the piping length between the boiler and the tap.

The single-pipe system keeps water at the right temperature in a building’s water distribution pipe work. The intelligent system first keeps the investment cost low and then it operates conomically and efficiently.
The functions of a Mineral Insulated Cable Heater for Hot Water Temperature Maintenance:
Eliminates return circuits, keeps hot water in the pipeline and slows down the spread of Legionella.
