Pumping Out Medium Electric Heater for Storage Tank has the configuration of an overtemperature interlock protection device consisting of extreme temperature sensors and overtemperature interlock protection circuit.
Pumping Out Medium Electric Heater for Storage Tank, is provided with a heating medium output pipe joint and heating medium inlet.
Accordingly, its scope of work is only for the heat treatment of the medium entering into the heater while the other media not belong to the heater working range will not be heat treated. Therefore, large storage tanks using electric heater only heats the pump-out part of the tank storage then most of the medium stays at a low temperature while light oil evaporation loss is decreased significantly.
It possesses good properties of high practicability, fast heating of oil, stable temperature control, energy saving and emission reduction.
In addition, Pumping Out Medium Electric Heater for Storage Tank has the configuration of an overtemperature interlock protection device consisting of extreme temperature sensors and overtemperature interlock protection circuit. Once the temperature is over the temperature of the detection limit of temperature sensor, can trigger the overtemperature interlock protection circuit to disconnect circuit of the heater, avoiding phenomenon of high temperature oil carbonization.
Structure and working principle
The electric heater structure consists of nine parts. (See Figure 1)

2. Working Principle
The cold medium enters the diversion chamber through the oil inlet, so that the medium flows into the mixing chamber along the periphery of the heating element, and the mixed medium flows out from the oil outlet at a uniform temperature. The mixing chamber is equipped with a temperature measuring sensor, and the temperature signal is collected and transmitted to the electronic control system. The temperature control instrument controls the primary circuit to realize automatic control of the oil temperature. When the oil products or electric heating element of the heater is overheated, the protection device automatically cuts off the power supply and the control cabinet emits an audible and visual alarm signal.
