Meat microwave thawing machine
The microwave thawing device is a special type of device for thawing frozen food. Main structure and characteristics Microwave defrosting equipment is composed of tunnel type microwave generating box and conveyor belt. The conveying speed is controlled by frequency conversion to adapt to the speed required for thawing of different sizes of meat pieces. Application :
The microwave thawing process for frozen foods includes melting and tempering. Melting is the rapid thawing of frozen foods in the microwave. The thawing operation of the general raw materials is done on the conveyor belt. The temperature adjustment is based on the thawing process to raise the frozen product from a certain temperature under freezing conditions to a temperature below zero to facilitate post-processing (such as dicing of frozen meat).
