Therefore, Bag Filter Dust Collector uses a lengthened switching valve instead of the above two ventilating butterfly valves in other models of bag dust collector to complete a bag room exhaust air blowing and dust cleaning, reducing the number of dust cleaning devices, Which brings fewer operational failures. And the lift switch valve adopts a flexible seal, which has a good sealing effect.
Bag Filter Dust Collector filtering conditions:
Dryer filtering bag pulse-jet collector adopts a combined structure with double dust removal mechanism of blocking and filtering. Dust-containing air enters into the filtering room through the air inlet pipe. The air guide plate is provided with a deflector. The coarse particles of dust fall into the dust hopper due to the effect of gravity. Pre-separation of dust reduces abrasion of filter bag by dust. Fine dust flows onto the filtering bag with the air flow, the dust is retained on the filter bag, and the air flow is purified through the filtering bag. The purified air is discharged outside through the induced draft fan.
Dryer filtering bag pulse-jet collector has the advantages of good dust cleaning effect, high purification efficiency, large air volume, longer filtering bag life, less maintenance and reliable operation. It is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, etc.
