80-400 Mesh Pendulum Roller Grinding Mill with Bigger Roller and Ring:

Preparation before start pendulum roller grinding mill:

1. The power source and voltage should meet the requirement of pendulum roller grinding mill. Voltage below 360V is not allowed to start. Check that the circuit follows the instruction in drawings.

2. Check that all attachment bolts and screws are firmly fastened, especially for those in the grinding mill.

3. Check the driving belt tension is elastic. Open the door of main unit and make sure roller rotation is flexible.

4. Check that the tension of the chain in elevator is elastic.

5. Lubricate at certain spots according to the lubrication table and check of lubrication leakage.

6. Adjust jaw crusher discharge opening size according to the material properties; the maximum size should not be over 20mm.

7. Check that the motor rotation is correct: (a) Ensure that the mill is clockwise while look down from the top of central axis. (b) Ensure that the rotational direction of the blade wheel is clockwise. (C) Ensure that the rotational direction of motor for blower is anticlockwise.

8. Electric Control Cabinet: In order to protect the relay contact, the relay is bound by a white lace. The lace should be untied before start the mill. Or the “auto” function will not work for the change-over switch.

Working Principle of Pendulum Roller Grinding Mill:

    Raw material is firstly crushed by jaw crusher into a certain size (less than 20mm), which are conveyed to the hopper by bucket elevator. The belt feeder then moves the crushed material at a fixed rate into the grinding house of the grinding mill. The four or five rollers hung upon the spider-arm are running around the shaft. With the help of the centrifugal force, the four or five rotational rollers will go around the ring tightly. The raw material is lifted up between the rollers and rings by the blade, and then to be ground into powder.

   The powder is blown up to the classifier, through which the powder is classified. Coarse particles fall back down to the mill for regrinding. The needed particles will go into the collector,where products will be collected through the discharge opening. The purified air goes into the fan through the pipe above the cyclone collector. Air stream in all pipelines is negative pressure except for that in the fan and grinding chamber. Air volume in the whole system increases because of the gas from the moisture in the raw material and the air from the flange conjunctions and feeding-in opening. The extra air volume goes into the pulse jet powder collector. The ultrafine powder in the air stream can be collected through the discharging valve.
