The working principle of calcium carbonate coating machine:

At the same time, the modifier is being sprayed in the spraying room under the control of metering pump, which will be fully mixed with modifier. In the coating machine chamber, the powder and modifier are further contacted and mixed by impacting, sheering and colliding between powder in the high speed mixing chamber. The coating machine always stays within a stable working temperature range to avoid change and invalidity of modifier.
