1.When selecting the motor model, you should first select the correct voltage, and select the rated voltage according to the customer's needs to select the brushless drive voltage parameters. Note that the voltage used should not exceed the range specified by the brushless drive during no-load and full-load processes.
2. Select the peak current of the brushless drive. The method of selecting the peak current is to know the rated input current of the DC brushless motor, and the peak current is greater than or equal to 2 times the rated current.
3. Choose according to the working environment (such as temperature, high humidity, etc.). The low temperature of the brushless DC motor cannot be lower than -20℃, and the high temperature can reach 60℃. Waterproof treatment can also be achieved.
4, another important point is the requirement of power supply insulation. In order to ensure the normal operation of the brushless drive, between the Hall ground wire of the DC brushless motor and the DC brushless motor winding wire, Insulation resistance between Hall ground winding wire and chassis is greater than 100 megohms 500VDC, and it can withstand 600VAC/50Hz/1mA/1 second without breakdown.
5. The outer diameter and height of the motor, the diameter of the output shaft, whether it needs to be equipped with a reducer and other related parts.
