1 Overview

2. Working principle

The sight flow device consists of sight glass, nozzle, flap, dial, etc. The process connection can be in the form of threads, flanges, clamps, etc. The flow meter can measure the flow of liquid, gas, and steam. The flap rotates at different angles with the flow of the pipeline. The angle of rotation of the flap is proportional to the flow. The scale flow corresponding to the flap is the actual current flow of the pipeline. flow. 3. Maintenance and maintenance of glass windows

3.2. The sight glass is a wearable part, so be careful when installing the sight glass.

3.3. The temperature and pressure resistance of glass has certain limitations, which will depend on the actual situation. The following provide the national standard glass manufacturing process physical experimental parameters: Temperature resistance: tempered borosilicate glass ≤ 200℃, quartz glass ≤ 1000℃, aluminosilicate glass ≤ 450℃ Pressure resistance: tempered borosilicate glass sheet ≤ 2.5MPa quartz glass sheet ≤ 10.0MPa Aluminosilicate glass ≤ 6.4MPa Ordinary glass ≤ 0.6MPa

3.4. The allowed sudden temperature change is < 60℃. The glass may break due to excessive temperature difference.

Glass testing standards: design, manufacture and acceptance with reference to the "Chemical Pipeline Manual" and HGJ501-502-86 "Pressure Window Sight Glass". 5.
