Description
The LF400 series adopts the principle that temperature changes correspond to mass flow, and can measure and control the flow of different gases. It can be applied in the gas flow range from 5SCCM to 30SLM, and will not be affected by changes in temperature and pressure.
The product series is complete, with digital, analog, ordinary, high-precision, and high-pressure types available, with competitive performance and price, and a wide range of applications.
