• Products detail:

W-Cu heat sink material is a composite of tungsten an copper, with both tungsten low expansion characteristics, but also has copper of high thermal conductivity properties, and the tungsten and copper in the thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity can be adjusted with the W-Cu composition, also the composite can be machined to various shape, these features make the application of this composite with great convenience.

(1). Copper tungsten alloy is used when a product or part needs to have a high heat resistance, low thermal expansion and high electrical or thermal conductivity.

(2)/ Tungsten copper alloy is used to make engines and electrical devices. It is also used in the fields of aviation and spaceflight. Electrodes, refractory parts, heat sinks, rocket parts and electrical contacts are all made out of WCu alloy.

(3). The alloy is also made into sheet metal, tubing and plate metal. WCu alloy is used to make contacts for both high and low voltage electrical devices, and for high speed steel devices and switches.

We have kinds of inspection equipments. Such as CMM, ultrosonic inspection, hardness tester, metallography analysis apparatus etc.

• Packing & shipping for tungsten copper alloy:

Tungsten copper alloy will be packed with kraft paper first to protect the surface.

To ensure the safety during transportation, products will be packed accordingly with exportable wooden box with foam sheet protection inside.

If customer has special packing requirments, we will try to meet them.

Note: When you received the products, open the package carefully, some parts are sharp, please protect yourself. And if there is any damage, remember to contact with us, we will solve the problem for you.

1. How do you insure the quality is good?

--Our products are produced by ourselves from the begining. And we could control the quality step by step by inspecting the products at each step. Before shipping, our inspection department will check all the products carefully, including dimension, material, surface.

2. Could you make sure the shipping safety?

--yes, we will pack the goods carefully with wooden box and foam sheet inside to protect the products. Some special products, we will make mould for it to make sure the shipping safety.
