W-Cu heat sink material is a composite of tungsten an copper, with both tungsten low expansion characteristics, but also has copper of high thermal conductivity properties, and the tungsten and copper in the thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity can be adjusted with the W-Cu composition, also the composite can be machined to various shape, these features make the application of this composite with great convenience.

WCu alloy material owns the excellence of tungsten and copper, high-temperature-resistant, electro-arc resistant, with high intensity and high proportion. It is also good at transmitting electric and heat, and easy to be processed, so it is widely used for machinery, electric power, electric metallurgy, aviation, space flight and national defense industry.

We have kinds of inspection equipments. Such as CMM, ultrosonic inspection, hardness tester, metallography analysis apparatus etc.

• Packing & shipping for tungsten copper alloy:

Tungsten copper alloy will be packed with kraft paper first to protect the surface.

To ensure the safety during transportation, products will be packed accordingly with exportable wooden box with foam sheet protection inside.

If customer has special packing requirments, we will try to meet them.

Note: When you received the products, open the package carefully, some parts are sharp, please protect yourself. And if there is any damage, remember to contact with us, we will solve the problem for you.
