According to different processing methods, crucibles can be mainly divided into sintered molding, press molding, spinning molding, turning forming and welding forming. It is mainly made from turning forming. Tungsten crucible for vacuum coating refines from W-1 powder. 
Tungsten crucibles for vacuum coating are widely used for the sapphire single crystal growth furnace, quartz glass, melting furnace and rare-earth smelting furnace industrial.
tungsten crucibles by turning forming are widely used for smelting of rare-earth, quartz glass, electronic spraying, crystal growth and other industries.
Generally, sintered tungsten crucible is large while the forged one is small; the wall of rolled tungsten crucible is thin; welded tungsten crucible is cost-effective but with inferior intensity.

Woring Temperature: 1800~2600DC

• Packing & shipping for tungsten crucible:

tungsten crucible will be packed with soft kraft paper first to protect the surface.

To ensure the safety during transportation, products will be packed accordingly with exportable wooden box with foam sheet protection inside.

If customer has special packing requirments, we will try to meet them.

Note: When you received the products, open the package carefully, some parts are sharp, please protect yourself. And if there is any damage, remember to contact with us, we will solve the problem for you.

--Our products are produced by ourselves from the begining. And we could control the quality step by step by inspecting the products at each step. Before shipping, our inspection department will check all the products carefully, including dimension, material, surface.
