1. Tungsten heater, as the heat source of sapphire crystal growth furnace, plays a decisive role in forming AL2O3 solution turbulence and radial temperature gradient;

Normally the tungsten heater is made by tungsten aluminum alloy or tunsten potassium alloy. These materials are more suitable for the heater.

Easy to form, not as fragile as pure tungste, and have better mechnical properties.

Tungsten alloy heater has special shape. it's easy to break during transportation. But we have very good idea to protect the tungsten heater. 

we have custom made mould, to keep the heater between the glass plates, and then fasten them by thread. after that, we will pack the protected tungsten heater with wooden box. In that case, the tungsten heater won't move randomly and would be very safe during transportation.
