Application:
1. Molybdenum trays are mainly used for sintering and annealing both metal and nonmetal materials in reduction atmosphere;
2. They're also applied in sintering boat for powder products, such as sintering precision ceramics.

molybdenum (TZM) offer high corrosion resistance, creep resistance and performance in range of high-temperature environments. We utilizes a number of forming and joining techniques to manufacture and fabricate boats for our customers.

MoLa alloy could bear higher temperature than pure molybdenum, and the mechanical properties are better than pure molybdenum, but the price is a little higher than pure molybdenum.

Widely used in metallurgy, machinery, petroleum, chemical, aerospace, electronics, rare earth industry and other fields, our molybdenum trays are made of high-quality molybdenum plates. Riveting and welding are usually adopted for the manufacture of molybdenum trays.

We have kinds of inspection equipments. Such as CMM, ultrosonic inspection, hardness tester, metallography analysis apparatus etc.

• Packing & shipping for molybdenum boat:

Molybdenum boat will be packed with kraft paper first and then with pvc foil to protect the surface.

To ensure the safety during transportation, products will be packed accordingly with exportable wooden box with foam sheet protection inside.

If customer has special packing requirments, we will try to meet them.

Note: When you received the products, open the package carefully, some parts are sharp, please protect yourself. And if there is any damage, remember to contact with us, we will solve the problem for you.

1. How do you insure the quality is good?

--Our products are produced by ourselves from the begining. And we could control the quality step by step by inspecting the products at each step. Before shipping, our inspection department will check all the products carefully, including dimension, material, surface.

2. Could you make sure the shipping safety?

--yes, we will pack the goods carefully with wooden box and foam sheet inside to protect the products. Some special products, we will make mould for it to make sure the shipping safety.

3. Can I get free sample?

--yes, we'd like to offer free sample if the sample costs less than $100. We will arrange the shipping as freight collected.
