Production Information
A titanium flange is a component made from titanium or titanium alloy that connects pipes together at their ends. It features holes for bolts that secure two flanges tightly, with gaskets used to ensure a leak-proof seal. Flanged pipe fittings refer to pipe fittings that include flanges. These flanges can be manufactured through casting, screw connections, or welding. A flange joint consists of two flanges, a gasket, and bolts and nuts. The gasket, placed between the sealing surfaces of the flanges, deforms under pressure from the tightened bolts, filling surface irregularities and ensuring a secure, leak-proof connection.
This titanium blind flange with a raised face, is available in Grades Gr2, Gr7, and Gr12. It’s used in the chemical industry and complies with ANSI B16.5, ASME B16.5, EN1092-1, JIS B2220, and DIN2627-2628 standards. It comes in sizes from 1/2" to 30" NB (NPS 1/2 to NPS 24), with pressure ratings ranging from PN0.25 to 32 MPa and various classes (150LB to 2500LB). The flange features RF, FF, TG, RJ, and other sealing surfaces and is forged and CNC machined.
