These Titanium Grade 5 Plates are lengthily used in Medical, Aerospace, Chemical Processing and Marine. Our Titanium Grade 5 Coils is castable and is used “as cast” in sporting goods. These Titanium Grade 5 Slatting Coils provides an outstanding grouping of high toughness and strength. Titanium Grade 5 Perforated Coils has excellent tensile properties at ambient temp and a worthwhile creep resistance for up to 570 Deg F. Meanwhile, these Grade 5 Titanium Plates are also being offered in different sizes and shapes to our customers. Commercially Pure (CP), Grade 5 Titanium Coils, in its annealed state, is a ductile metal. Resistance to fatigue and crack propagation is excellent of these Grade 5 Titanium Slatting Coils. Grade 5 Titanium Perforated Coils are metals that contain a mixture of titanium and other chemical elements, which further are 60 % heavier than aluminum, but twice as strong. These Ti Gr. 5 Sheets has a density of 4.51 g/cc – less than 60 % that of steel. Ti Gr. 5 Plates should be emphasized that fabrication operations (annealing, descaling) can increase the impurity level unless particular care is taken.
