Under the same diameter condition, the heat transfer area of U-tube heat exchanger is the largest; It has the advantages of simple structure, compact, high sealing performance, easy maintenance and cleaning, minimum metal consumption and the lowest cost under high temperature and high pressure. U-tube heat exchanger has only one tube plate, which has good thermal compensation performance and strong pressure bearing capacity. It is suitable for high temperature and high pressure operation.
