Galvanized pipe is also called galvanized steel pipe, in order to improve the corrosion resistance of steel pipe, the general steel pipe is galvanized. Divided into hot dip galvanized and electric galvanized two, hot dip galvanized galvanized layer thick, with uniform coating, strong adhesion, long service life and other advantages. Electric galvanized cost is low, the surface is not very smooth, its own corrosion resistance is much worse than hot dip galvanized pipe. Hot dip galvanized tube is to make molten metal and iron matrix reaction and produce alloy layer, so that the matrix and coating of the combination of the two. Hot dip galvanizing is the first steel pipe pickling, in order to remove iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe, pickling, through ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank for cleaning, and then into the hot dip plating tank. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. Galvanized pipe is now mainly used for conveying gas, heating, lampposts and so on.
The production process
Black parts inspection → hanging material → degreasing → rinsing → pickling → cleaning → dipping agent → hot air drying → hot dip galvanizing → inside and outside blowing → cooling → passivation and rinsing → unloading → inspection, dressing → typing labeling → packing into storage and transportation.
Galvanized strip → uncoiling → stretching → rolling → welding → scraping → passivation and rinse → zinc filling → shaping → typing mark → cutting → packing → drying → weighing.

Unique cleaner production
Galvanized pipe adopts sulphate galvanized iron alloy technology, which is perforated directly between the grooves in the production line without any out or overflow of the solution. The production process is composed of a circulating system. The solution of each tank, namely acid and alkali solution, electroplating solution, light and passivation solution, can only be recycled and reused without leakage or discharge to the system. There are only 5 cleaning tanks on the production line, which can be recycled and discharged regularly, especially if passivation is not cleaned without waste water.
