Production Process:

1. Base Stainless Steel Sheet:

- Begin with a high-quality stainless steel sheet, often of grades like 304 or 316, known for their corrosion resistance and durability.

2. Surface Preparation:

- The stainless steel sheet is thoroughly cleaned and degreased to ensure the surface is free from contaminants that could affect the adhesion of the etching resist.

3. Photoresist Application:

- A photoresist material is applied to the stainless steel sheet. This material is sensitive to light and is used to create a protective mask for the etching process.

4. Exposure to Light:

- The photoresist-covered stainless steel sheet is exposed to UV light through a mask that carries the desired pattern or design. The areas exposed to light will become hardened, while the unexposed areas remain soft.

5. Development:

- The sheet is developed, which involves removing the soft, unexposed photoresist using a chemical solution. This reveals the pattern or design on the sheet.

6. Etching:
