    Stainless steel strip is produced through the cold rolling process. The specific production process involves the following steps:

    1.Raw material preparation: The raw material for stainless steel strip is typically stainless steel coils, with a thickness ranging from 0.3mm to 6mm.

    2.Hot rolling: The stainless steel coils are placed into a rolling mill and processed through heating and rolling to form stainless steel strips. During the rolling process, the rollers of the mill apply pressure, causing the stainless steel coils to undergo plastic deformation in the rolling direction, gradually forming stainless steel strips.

    3.Cooling: After rolling is completed, the stainless steel strips undergo a cooling treatment to achieve the desired mechanical properties.

Cutting: The cooled stainless steel strips are cut to the required length.

    4.Surface treatment: The surface of the stainless steel strips requires treatment to enhance its surface quality and corrosion resistance. Common surface treatment methods include pickling and electroplating.

    5.Inspection: After the production of stainless steel strips is completed, they undergo inspection to ensure they meet the required quality standards and performance requirements.
