Levelers (straighteners) are widely used in metal sheet coil processing, besides cut to length line, also used for punching in strokes, online laser cutting, trapezoidal sheets cutting, precision slitting, etc. The requirements on levelers (straighteners) are different in case of different metal materials and leveling precision levels, the frame structure, rollers and adjusting mechanism of levelers will be different. Generally speaking, 2high, 4high, 6high levelers are available to general, precision and special applications.
Our company are specialized in designing and making big levelers, a blanking line mainly includes uncoiler, leveler, rolls tensioner, pit looping, punch / laser cutting / shearing, conveying and stacking system..
Now, we make 3 x 1600 high precision blanking line for high tensile hot forming steel sheet serves 4heads laser cutting machine, the whole line is fully automatic and high efficient, the leveler is 6high Japan technology structure, backup rolls are servo adjusted, rollers gap press down is servo adjusted, rollers can be dismantled and cleaned from side window, constant tension available between uncoiler and tension, and between leveler and afterward two pairs of press rolls ensure good leveling performance.
